The development of the campus was supported by a $5 million donation from the Louis Feil Charitable Lead Annuity Trust.
The 25,000-square-foot site includes primary care, OB/GYN, pediatrics and urgent care services.
There are plans to develop a second building that will house digestive disease, urology and general surgery services.
