Administrator Marietha Silvers and President of the governing body Seth Ford, MD, recently hosted Senator Jim Tracy at the center. According to the report, the center serves around 4,500 patients each year and has a 98-plus percent satisfaction rate.
The bill would update how ASC reimbursement is calculated and require a value-based purchasing program developed for ASCs by 2015.
