Phase I of Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center in Texas Nears Completion

The first phase of construction of the Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center at the Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio is 95 percent complete, according to a My San Antonio report.

The first phase of the project includes the first wing of the building, a 1,000-car parking structure, a utility vault and a new energy plant.

The project includes two more phases. The new facility will have a total of four wings.
