State and federal quality programs are increasing the use of the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems Clinician & Group Survey, according to a report by Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Aligning Forces for Quality.
The report, “Forces Driving Implementation of the CAHPS® Clinician & Group Survey,” describes some of the reasons why this patient experience survey is becoming more widely used.
