Saint Francis Hospital in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., has absorbed Hudson Valley Center at Saint Francis, which was previously a joint venture between the hospital and a group of physician owners.

CBRE’s U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Group, representing The Cirrus Group, has sold Willow Creek Medical Center, including the Willow Creek Surgery Center, in Palestine, Texas, to an undisclosed buyer.

Newsom Eye & Laser Center in Tampa, Fla., has acquired Guggino Eye Center, also in Tampa.

La Peer Health Systems, Beverly Hills, Calif.-based outpatient surgery center, has merged with 436 Beverly Hill Surgery Center. The merge is a part of La Peer’s expansion plans.
