Physician Groups Beta Test URAC Clinical Integration Accreditation Program

Seven organized physician groups are currently beta testing the URAC new clinical integration accreditation program, which is carefully aligned with Federal Trade Commission antitrust regulations.

The clinical integration program is designed to demonstrate improved patient care and reduced costs in accredited facilities.

American Specialty Health Group in San Diego; Chicago Health System in Westmont, Ill.; Crozer-Keystone Health System in Springfield, Pa.; Frontier Healthcare Holdings in New York; Sharp Community Medical Group in San Diego; Signal Health in Yakima, Wash., and Saint Francis HealthCare Partners in Hartford, Conn., are the groups currently beta testing the program.

URAC is an independent accreditation organization.
