Dr. Steele, a board certified orthopedic surgeon, is the medical director of Stryker Performance Solutions, a medical technology company. He served as the medical director of a surgical business development at Ann Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis, Md., from 1996 to 2005. Dr. Steele has published several books including Orthopedics and Spine, Service Line Strategies for Superior Performance.
