Healthcare and financial executives Jonathan Doctor, Glenn Golenberg and Sherwin Voss will work with practices and advise on outpatient medical coding, revenue cycle management, practice management services, electronic health records, accountable care organization contracting, compensation, bundled payments and other current issues.
The executives decided to form DeNovo to ease the burden and complications associated with the delivery of healthcare, according to the release.
