ID’s St. Joseph Regional Medical Center to Acquire Lewis Clark Gastroenterology

St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Lewiston, Idaho, has reached an agreement to acquire Lewis Clark Gastroenterology in Lewiston, according to a Talk Radio 950 KOZE-AM report.

The acquisition of the gastroenterology center will become effective March 1. St. Joseph Regional Medical Center will also acquire Lewis Clark Endoscopy Center, effective Jan. 1.

 

The name of the gastroenterology center will change to St. Joseph Medical Group: Gastroenterology. The endoscopy practice will have its name changed to St. Joseph Medical Group: Endoscopy Center.

 

Lewis Clark Gastroenterology and Lewis Clark Endoscopy were formed in June 2004, according to their website. The three physician owners are Carl Dettwiler, MD, Murray Larsen, MD, and Michael Parent, MD.
