Ms. Joseph has 20 years of nursing and medical experience, having worked in the operating room for 18 years. She was also the co-founder of InVicta Companies and was a regional vice president for Arbonne International. Ms. Joseph was a partner and managing director for a startup company in Newport Beach where she was responsible for marketing to surgeons, negotiating contracts and managing day-to-day operations, according to the release.
