Dr. Anderson was a Major in the U.S. Air Force, where he served as anesthesia chief while deployed in Iraq and as the sole anesthesia provider while in Qatar.
He received his medical degree from MCP-Hahnemann School of Medicine in Philadelphia and completed his anesthesiology residency at the University of Pittsburgh.
