Dr. Halsey received his MD from University of Missouri School of Medicine in Columbia, according to his bio. He completed a residency in internal medicine at University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison and a fellowship in gastroenterology at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore.
