Ophthalmologist on the Move: Dr. D. Snow Slade Joins UT’s St. George Eye Center

Ophthalmologist D. Snow Slade, MD, has joined St. George (Utah) Eye Center, according to a Spectrum report.

Dr. Slade specializes in glaucoma and advanced cataract surgery.

 

He received his MD from University of Arizona College of Medicine, according to his bio. Dr. Slade completed his residency in ophthalmology and a glaucoma/cataract fellowship at the Moran Eye Center.

 

Dr. Slade joins Jason Hendrix, MD, at St. George Eye Center.
