The healthcare reform law expands the read of Recovery Audit Contractors, Medicare Administrative Contractors and comprehensive error testing contractors for Medicare, Medicaid, including Medicare Part D and Part C.

Providers should have appropriate staff and data analytic programs in place to prepare for additional claims audits.
