Sutter Medical Center of Santa Rose has secured two anchor tenants for the building: Santa Rosa Surgery Center and the Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation. They will account for 58 percent of the building upon completion in 2014.

Physicians with Santa Rosa Surgery Center have a joint venture agreement with Sutter but are not part of the Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation.
