Teleflex’s ARROW FlexBlock Received FDA Clearance

The ARROW FlexBlock catheter from Teleflex received 501(k) clearance from the FDA, according to News Medical.

The Arrow FlexBlock is a continuous peripheral nerve block catheter that is intended for clinicians who use ultrasound guidance during catheter placement.

This catheter has an echogenic, coil-reinforced body made of polyurethane, and it promises visibility, flexibility and kink resistance. The FlexBlock’s tip also aims to provide clinicians with predictable spread of anesthesia.
