Gastroenterologist Dr. Daniel Paulo Appointed to Board of NY’s Richmond University Medical Center

Gastroenterologist Daniel Paulo, MD, has been appointed to the board of Richmond University Medical Center in Staten Island, N.Y., according to a Staten Island Real-Time News report.

Dr. Paulo serves as the president of the medical staff at RUMC. He is board certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine, and led the development of a new endoscopy center for RUMC, which opened earlier this year.

 

He has been in private practice on Staten Island since 1965, according to his bio. He has been an attending physician at the former St. Vincent’s Hospital since 1965. He is also an attending at Carmel Richmond Nursing Home and at RUMC’s services at the Bayley Seton campus. Dr. Paulo is also a clinical assistant professor in medicine at New York Medical College.
