Dr. Ramlogan graduated from the University of the West Indies in Trinidad and Tobago, then completed his internship at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in Manhattan. He started residency there and completed it at the New York Medical College (Sound Score). He also completed a fellowship in advanced laparoscopy and bariatric surgery at Danbury (Conn.) Hospital.
