1. Sebastian Abadie, MD, left his four-physician practice in Sanford, N.C., to join Scotland Health Care System in Laurinburg, N.C.

2. Ronald Angles, DO, joined the gastroenterology department of the Murfreesboro (Tenn.) Medical Clinic after previously working at Digestive Health of Central Tennessee in Shelbyville.

3. Aaron Domm, MD, joined Palmetto Primary Care Physicians in Charleston, S.C., and will serve as the group’s gastroenterologist specialist out of Summerville (S.C.) GI, which opened at the beginning of April.

4. John Farrell, MD, joined Sisters of Mercy Health System’s Mercy Clinic in St. Louis.

5. Glenn Harvin, MD, joined the East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine and its group medical practice in Greenville, N.C.

6. Eric Ibegbu, MD, opened a new office in Kingston, N.C., that includes a surgical center.

7. William Karnes, MD, has been appointed associate clinical professor in the division of gastroenterology at the University of California, Irvine, after serving in private practice in Santa Barbara, Calif.

11. Robert Protell, MD, joined St. Joseph’s Medical Group of Stockton (Calif.), a service of the Catholic Healthcare West Medical Foundation.

12. Sunitha Pudhota, MD, joined the medical staff at Methodist Mansfield (Texas) Medical Center, where she will serve as an independently practicing digestive health specialist.

13. Oluwagbenga Serrano, MD, opened a practice in Lakeside, Ariz.

14. Vinod Singh, MD, joined Valley View Medical Center in Fort Mohave, Ariz., after spending 17 years at Kingman (Ariz.) Regional Medical Center.
