New York Surgery Center Approved for Addition of Two Operating Rooms

Atwal Eye Care Center has received state approval to add two more operating rooms to the Buffalo Ambulatory Surgery Center in Cheektowaga, N.Y., according to a report in Business First of Buffalo.

The $779,150 project was approved in April after the center filed the CON application in Sept. 2008. Buffalo Ambulatory Surgery Center is one of five centers owned by Atwal Eye Care.

Atwal Eye Care specializes in laser vision correction, cataract surgery, glaucoma treatment and other laser surgery, according to the report.
