Greg Zoch is managing director and a partner with Kaye/Bassman, a Dallas-based executive search firm specializing in the ambulatory surgery center industry. In his role, Mr. Zoch has marketed healthcare organizations and been involved in recruitment. His primary focus is on the strategic growth and staffing initiatives of client companies that develop, manage, consult with or own and operate ASCs and specialty hospitals. He has extensive experience for recruiting executive-level leaders for healthcare organizations, including chief executive officers, chief operating officers, chief nursing officers, vice presidents, unit manager and directors of nursing and surgery center administrators.
Mr. Zoch has more than 20 years of experience helping healthcare organizations market their services and recruit five-star talent. He has also been an active member of the ASC Association since 2002 and is a frequent contributor to many features in Becker’s ASC Review.
