The formation of the GPO comes after it received a favorable opinion by OIG.
Participants in the new GPO will include the Health Ministries of Ascension Health. RSMG will also make its services available to other hospitals, health systems and entities.
As a wholly-owned GPO, RSMG will negotiate and manage contracts for GPO participants.
