Under the agreement, GHX will provide supply chain technology and software solutions to Provista, VHA and UHC members and affiliates.
These services include access to GHX core exchange services such as MetaTrade, which enables companies to do business with suppliers that aren’t yet connected to GHX or do not have electronic data interchange capabilities, and other services that can help provide contract and price management, item master management, requisitioning and workflow control, and invoice automation.
