Dr. Chukwuocha received his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in family medicine at Union Hospital of the Saint Barnabas Healthcare System in Union, N.J. Dr. Chukwuocha will head the Bariatric Solutions AfterCare program and assistant patients during their pre-surgery diet requirements for Lap-Band, gastric sleeve and gastric bypass procedures.
