The building is a 53,379-square-foot medical office building that houses the surgery center. The acquisition was apparently in line with the realty company’s strategy to increase investments in high-quality, on-campus healthcare assets supposed by healthcare systems.

Non-profit hospital system Christus Santa Rosa Health Care operates five hospital campuses in the San Antonio area, as well as a number of other healthcare facilities.
