Dr. Barron will assume the role on Feb. 1.
In addition to his work at the surgery center, Dr. Barron is an assistant clinical professor of orthopedic surgery at the Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York and a senior attending in the department of orthopedic surgery, director of research and an education committee member at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York.
