Dr. Danzhu Guo and Dr. Thomas Wilkins Recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance Back Pain Recognition Program

Physical medicine and rehabilitation specialists Danzhu Guo, MD, and Thomas Wilkins, MD, from the BayCare Clinic in Green Bay, Wis., have been awarded recognition by the National Committee for Quality Assurance from the Back Pain Recognition Program for providing superior care to their patients suffering from low back pain, according to a news release. This recognition is valid for two years.

Recognition is based on 13 clinical measures and three structural standards that focus on underuse, misuse and overuse of treatment options. The BCRP requirements were created based on medical evidence with input from clinical specialists and health plan and employer representatives.
