The white paper is the culmination of a task force created by the two societies to identify opportunities for endoscopic treatments. The paper looks at endoscopic bariatric therapy treatment classification, potential indications and primary and secondary efficacy measures such as weight loss, changes in quality of life and government and industry relations. The white paper is available online in the peer-reviewed journals of both the organizations.
