The MHA Keystone Center was created by Michigan hospitals in 2003 to help ensure the best care for the state’s patients and reduce costs through the implementation of evidence-based best practices. The center convenes hospitals and patient safety experts in improvement initiatives.
The one-hour program, titled “MHA Keystone: A Model for Rapid Implementation of Evidence-Based Best Practice and Cultural Improvement,” takes place Nov. 17 at noon Eastern. It will focus on how a centralized organization, like the MHA Keystone Center, can assist hospitals in expediting the implementation of evidence-based best practice and cultural improvement through providing toolkits and data collection analysis and on-going support to aid in local implementation.
