Ms. Bryant served as president of the ASC Association and the Ambulatory Surgery Foundation for over 10 years before announcing her departure in March 2010.
As president of the ASC Association, Ms. Bryant lead the activities of the nation’s largest ASC membership association. During her time as president, she oversaw the development and implementation of the first ASC-specific credential, now recognized as an important distinction of those individuals with a comprehensive understanding of ASC administration.
Prior to joining the ASC industry, Ms. Bryant headed the government relations program of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists for 13 years. She has also worked for the American Medical Association and the Iowa State Senate. She graduated from the University of Iowa School of Law with distinction.
