Construction of an approximately 10,000-square-foot ambulatory surgery center and physicians’ offices is expected to break ground in November. It will occupy the first floor of a new hospital building.
The surgery center is being developed by ASC management and development company Pinnacle III, and is part of a $110 million relocation plan for Boulder Community Hospital.
