New York Surgery Center to Open Second ASC

Gramercy Surgery Center in New York has purchased a building in Flushing, N.Y., with plans to use it as a second ambulatory surgery center, according to a CoStar Group report.

The 23,020-square-foot office building was vacant at the time of the sale.

 

It was sold for $5.6 million.
