30 Physician Practices Use McKesson’s Horizon Practice Plus System

McKesson Medical-Surgical recently announced that 30 new physician practices are now using the latest release of its McKesson’s Horizon Practice Plus practice management system to meet electronic data interchange requirements mandated by the American National Standards Institute, according to a McKesson news release.

The system is designed to help practices increase efficiency, streamline revenue cycle and prepare for ANSI 5010. The practices that have implemented the system include Mankato (Minn.) Clinic, Portland (Ore.) Clinic, Quincy (Ill.) Medical Group.

The system was rated Best in KLAS for Practice Management last year in the Top 20 Best in KLAS Awards.
