Dr. Couser will be using Stony Point Surgery Center, which specializes in vision and hearing practices.
Dr. Couser earned his MD from the Medical College of Virginia, performed his ophthalmology residency at Howard University Hospital and completed a fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology at Emory University.
