Woodside Health has acquired Nansemond River Medical Center, a 33,000-square-foot medical outpatient building in Suffolk, Va., according to an Aug. 26 news release.
The property is anchored by Sports Medicine & Orthopedic Center and houses multiple specialty clinical tenants. The deal marks Woodside Health’s sixth healthcare real estate transaction of 2026.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
