Commercial real estate company Thomas Park Investments acquired a four-property medical office building portfolio in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C., according to an Aug. 21 report from Commercial Search.
One of the properties in McLean, Va., is the MedStar Health Medical Center, which was fully leased at the time of the sale. The second property in McLean is anchored by Johns Hopkins Medicine.
Thomas Park Investments also acquired Children’s National at Takoma Theatre. Located in Washington, D.C., the 24,140-square-foot property is a specialized outpatient medical building.
The fourth property is the 24,982-square-foot Luminis Health Easton Pavilion in Easton, Md., which is fully leased to Luminis Health.
The company purchased the 165,637-square-foot portfolio for $70 million, the report said.
