Southfield, Mich.-based real estate investment company REDICO and New York City-based investment management firm One Orchard have launched InfraMed Properties, a medical outpatient investment platform.

InfraMed Properties will acquire, develop, own, lease and manage medical outpatient properties. The platform launches with a 25-asset portfolio across 16 states, according to an Aug. 20 news release from InfraMed.

Health systems and private equity firms are continuing to invest in medical outpatient buildings, as there were nearly 300 MOB deals across the top 50 U.S. metro areas in the fourth quarter of 2025.

The company plans to deploy more than $1 billion in capital to scale its growth. The investment will be capitalized through a combination of programmatic equity and debt financing.

“REDICO enters the medical outpatient building sector with a deep history of providing best-in-class services to healthcare systems, paired with an entrepreneurial track record of building new sector-specific verticals and scaling them,” Andrew Dunlap, REDICO’s senior vice president of acquisitions and investments, said in the release. “By combining that experience with our expertise as a commercial real estate investor and developer, InfraMed will pursue medical outpatient investments across the country to build a scaled, cohesive, institutional-quality portfolio.”

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
