PTS Group, a national M&A brokerage firm, has launched PTS Medical, an advisory firm for healthcare facilities and specialty practices.
The firm will serve physician owners and multi-site platforms across high categories, including ASCs, orthopedics, interventional pain management and other outpatient care models, according to an Aug. 20 news release from PTS Group.
The company supports a number of independent transition advisory brands in dental, medical aesthetics and specialty medical practices.
“PTS Group was built to support founders through growth and transition,” Kyle Francis, founder and president of PTS Group, said in the release. “As consolidation continues across healthcare, expanding into specialty medical allows us to bring our M&A experience to a broader group of owners while maintaining our focus and leadership in dental.”
