A physician at Cogdell Family Clinic in Snyder, Texas will close his practice on Sept. 25, according to a notice posted to Cogdell Memorial Hospital and Clinics’ Facebook page.
Kevin Hough, MD, will work to complete records and facilitate patient transfers in the weeks ahead.
Patients can continue receiving care from other Cogdell Family Clinic physicians and advanced practice providers, and medical records are available through Cogdell Memorial Hospital’s Health Information Management department.
