82 Physician Organizations Urge CMS to Allow Review of Physician Quality Data Before It’s Made Public

Eighty-two physician organizations, including the American Medical Association, are urging CMS to allow physicians to review Medicare quality data for accuracy and to appeal errors before it’s made public, according to a Government Health IT report.

In December, CMS launched the first phase of its Physician Compare website, which include data from the Physician Quality Reporting System.
