Fort Myers, Fla.-based Millennium Physician Group and Mishawaka, Ind.-based Franciscan Alliance have partnered to expand access to care in Indiana.
The collaboration brings together the Franciscan Alliance physician network with Millennium Physician Group’s physician-led operating model, practice management expertise, advanced analytics and value-based care capabilities, according to an Aug. 12 news release from Millennium Physician Group.
Through the partnership, Franciscan physicians will remain part of the Franciscan Alliance network while gaining access to improved operational support, advanced analytics, care coordination resources and technology from Millennium Physician Group.
Franciscan Alliance has a network of 11 hospital campuses and more than 18,000 employees.
Millennium Physician Group is part of a national value-based care platform partially owned by Elevance Health and supports more than 1,100 healthcare providers across four states, the release said.
