DISC Surgery Center at Walnut Creek (Calif.), formerly known as Pinnacle Surgery Center, has permanently closed as of Aug. 1, according to a notice posted on the facility’s website.
No reason for the closure was provided. Patients seeking copies of their medical records can submit a signed authorization form to the facility’s corporate office.
TriasMD, an affiliate of DISC, acquired the center in October 2023.
