Dr. Gary Kirsh appointed CEO of Cardiovascular Logistics

Cardiovascular Logistics, a cardiology-focused management services organization, has named Gary Kirsh, MD, as CEO. 

Dr. Kirsh has served on Cardiovascular Logistics’ board of directors since November 2025 and is the co-founder and former CEO of Solaris Health, which he built into the largest urology MSO in the U.S., according to a July 15 news release from Cardiovascular Logistics. 

Dr. Kirsh is a founder and former president of the Large Urology Group Practice Association. He has also previously served as president of the American Association of Clinical Urologists, the North Central Section of the American Urological Association and the Ohio Urologic Society.

David Konur, who founded Cardiovascular Logistics in 2023, will become chairman of the company’s board of directors. 

Cardiovascular Logistics supports more than 425 providers across seven states.
