Outpatient real estate investor Montecito Medical has acquired a property in Waco, Texas, that is 100% occupied by GI Alliance.
The 13,620-square-foot property also includes an ASC, according to a June 23 news release from Montecito Medical.
GI Alliance supports a network of more than 345 practice locations across 21 states and 135 affiliated ASCs.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclose
