Infectious Disease and rheumatology, both historically lower-compensated internal medicine subspecialties, also saw significant jumps.

- Psychiatry: 8.7%
- Infectious disease: 7.3%
- Nuclear medicine, radiation oncology: 6.4%
- Rheumatology : 6.3%
- Nephrology: 5.9%
- Urgent care: 5.6%
- Urology: 5.3%
- Physical medicine and rehabilitation: 5.1%
- Endocrinology: 5%
- Gastroenterology: 4.8%
