The two facilities are subsidiaries of St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City. St. Anthony officials notified state and federal officials when they noticed discrepancies in narcotics inventories after a transfer from the bone and joint clinic to the surgery center.
According to the report, investigators found that St. Anthony has not complied with inventory and documentation requirements mandated by the federal Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act.
