This annual campaign, which is observed on July 25 through a moment of silence and candlelight vigil, is in honor of patients and families who have been impacted by a medical error.
Baxa is urging professionals in the healthcare community to take proactive steps every day to improve its patient safety efforts, according to a company news release.
