Stanford Hospital & Clinics to Open Headache Clinic

Stanford Hospital & Clinics will open a headache clinic, billed as the first such clinic at an academic medical center on the West Coast, according to a Stanford news release.

The clinic, to open July 28, will offer a multidisciplinary care program integrating the latest thinking in diagnosis and therapy.

 

The clinic will be directed by Rob Cowan, MD, an expert on the Keeler migraine method. It will also include Meredith Barad, MD, a neurologist with pain management training.
