ProHealth Care Purchases Minority Interest in Wisconsin Orthopedic Surgery Center

ProHealth Care, based in Waukesha, Wis., has purchased a minority interest in the Orthopaedic Surgery Center in Waukesha, according to the Milwaukee/Wisconsin Journal Sentinel.

ProHealth Care is an integrated health network that includes Waukesha Memorial, a tertiary care hospital, and Oconomowoc Memorial, an acute care hospital.

Orthopaedic Surgery Center in Waukesha is owned by the Orthopaedic Associates of Wisconsin.
