The New Jersey Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers has elected Jared Gaccione to its board for a first three-year term.
According to a May 13 news release shared with Becker’s, Mr. Gaccione serves as managing partner at Ambulatory Management. NJAASC also reelected Elizabeth Convery, RN, administrator at Livingston Surgical Center, and Trina Brinkley, RN, BSN, MSN, administrator of Freehold Endoscopy Associates, to serve three-year terms.
Other current board members include Meg Stagliano, MSN, RN, senior vice president of ambulatory surgery at West Orange, N.J.-based RWJBarnabas Health and board president; Cori Prisco, RN, DNP, administrator of Short Hills Surgery Center and board vice president; Sheila McAteer-Sturek, RN, BSN, AVP of ambulatory development and operations at Marlton, N.J.-based Virtua Health; and Aaron Shechter, CASC, CEO/administrator of Hackensack Endoscopy Center and Endoscopy Center of Bergen County.
